Our contact and enquiry forms are handled by Formspree Inc. (USA), which processes form submissions on our behalf as a data processor. Formspree operates under Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers and is GDPR-compliant. We have no other third-party data processors. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep your data
Enquiry data is retained for up to 2 years from the date of contact, after which it is deleted. If a booking is made, we retain only the data required for legal and accounting obligations (typically 5 years under Spanish commercial law).
